Si on se referait aux textes fondamentaux du Conseil National de la Jeunesse du Cameroun;
Les composants de celui-ci seraient issus des associations de jeunesse exerçant et ayant présentées un rapport d'activités datant de moins de trois à échéance,pour candidature à postuler.
Examinons et capitulons:
1. Qu'est-ce qu'une "Association de Jeunesse" pour le Ministère de la Jeunesse & Education Civique?
2. Les représentants récemment élus appartiendraient à quelles associations?
3. Pourrait-on avoir connaissance des derniers rapports et listes de membres de leurs associations d'origine?
